• How is the food organized in Snegiri Village?

  Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals. The kitchen is equipped with necessary household appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. Guests can also take advantage of nearby restaurants and cafes.

  Guests can also visit the "Rabarbar" gastronomic restaurant, located at the BERGS 4* Hotel in Sochi. The menu features European and signature cuisine, and the restaurant serves breakfast in the morning.

• What is the check-in and check-out time?

  Check—in at Snegiri Village is from 15:00, check—out is until 12:00.

• Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

  Yes, early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior agreement with the administrator. The surcharge is 100% of the cost of the day.

• What are the conditions for booking, prepayment and cancellation?

  After booking, an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first night will be charged.

  Free cancellation is possible no later than 30 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation or change dates less than 30 days before arrival, the cost of the first night will be deducted.

  In case of cancellation of the reservation after check-in, 50% of the cost of the unlived nights will be deducted.

  Special conditions apply on New Year's dates: prepayment is 50% of the total cost of accommodation and is non-refundable.

• Is it possible to stay with pets?

  Yes, it is possible to accommodate pets weighing up to 5 kg and no more than 50 cm tall. The surcharge for accommodation with a pet is 2,000 rubles per day. A deposit of 5,000 ₽ is also paid for the entire period of stay.

• Is it possible to accommodate children and is a cot provided?

  Yes. Children under 5 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate place. A baby cot is provided free of charge.

• How often is the cleaning done and the bed linen and towels changed?

  In winter, cleaning is carried out daily. The rest of the time, cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are carried out once every 5 days.

  Additional cleaning is possible upon individual request. Unscheduled change of bed linen — 1,000 ₽.

• Is there a shuttle service to the ski resorts?

  Yes, there is a free shuttle service to the ski resorts. The shuttle runs throughout the day.

• What extra beds can be installed in the cottage and how much do they cost?

  The cottage has 6 main beds and up to 3 additional beds. A bunk bed and a euro-cot are used as additional beds.

  The cost of each additional seat is 1,500 rubles per day per guest.

• What payment methods are available to guests?

  You can pay for your stay with a bank card through the terminal, in cash, by QR code, by link or online transfer. Non-cash payment based on the invoice is also available.
